Service. Studwire sends weekly digests and optional alerts compiled from public building-permit data.
Billing. Subscriptions renew monthly through Stripe until you cancel. You can cancel anytime, and access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
No warranty. Data comes from government sources and is provided as-is. It may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. Trade tags and contact enrichment are automated. Studwire is not affiliated with any city.
Acceptable use. Leads are for your own business development. You may not resell or republish them. You must follow applicable laws when contacting anyone, including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, do-not-call rules and local solicitation ordinances.
Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 3 months.
